Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, organisation, the workflow you would like to improve and your preferred next step. Please do not submit sensitive, confidential or special-category personal information.

How information is used

Westbound AI uses your submission to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and discuss potential services. Submitting an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing communications. The applicable legal basis for processing must be confirmed by Westbound AI before launch.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud. They are not displayed publicly, and visitors cannot read submitted enquiries. Westbound AI must confirm authorised access, supplier agreements, international transfer arrangements where applicable and an appropriate retention schedule before accepting live enquiries.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, object to processing or request portability. Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
